Proprietary structure of Aluminum d.d. Mostar consists of 44% small shareholders, 44% FB&H Government and 12% Government of the Republic of Croatia. It employs some 900 employees and has annual exports exceeding EUR 150 million. It produces primary aluminum and aluminum alloys, and four products are: logs, blocks, small ingots and wire.

 

By introducing a complete computer system and new technologies, product quality has improved. Significant improvement has also been made on establishing a quality, environmental and employee quality system, which is an example of a successful and modern way of production and business. Broken network of business co-operation embraces the prestigious world names of the aluminum industry. The quality and purity of primary metal among the best in the world. The annual production capacity is 130,000 tonnes of primary metal and an additional 30,000 tonnes of aluminum scrap
